Subscription Details

75Me operates on a subscription basis. Your chosen payment method will be automatically billed according to our subscription plan unless you cancel your subscription. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Accuracy of all progress tracking and insights
• Compatibility with all devices or platforms

Limitation of Liability

75Me LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the app. Your continued use of 75Me constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
